A Form Template must be created using Form CCODESC such as CREC#C, QFLD#C, CLNAME#Q, QDNAME#Q, @PROMPTOFFO, etc ... This field is where you tell Modem Base what the name of your FORM TEMPLATE file is and where it is located. (FULL PATHS ALLOWED) Note : Make sure you have created a FORM TEMPLATE file before using this feature. If a FORM is not found or one is not specified, Modem Base Pro will display a built-in dynamic Record View/Edit Form. See FORM. IST file for an example FORM TEMPLATE and it's usage.
